  1. I grew up in upstate NY as well, Plattsburgh. I can relate to the snow memories, and also liking it all so much more as a child than as an adult when driving and shoveling are the primary snow activities!

  2. This was a wonderful memory – and I like how draw into this bank of happy memories during the harder times.

As an adult, like this past week, I have a different reaction to snow storms 😆 But like you, I have fond memories of the post storm snow, of the hours of play, and the snow days home from school. The exact moments are blurry but the feelings still feel as fresh as when I was a child.

  3. Thank you for sharing a lovely photo!1.. it definitely stirs the imagination…I don’t have any bad thoughts about snow but one doesn’t have to shovel rain.. 🙂
Lyme’s doesn’t control you because everytime it tries to put you down you get up stronger than before.. “Victory is not always winning the battle, but rising every time you fall” (Napoleon Bonaparte)… 🙂

Hope the weather has been kind, life is all that you wish for it to be and until we meet again..
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
    wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
    with joy that long endures.
    May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
